Campus Town Apartments are available from late May through early August. Modern, three and four-story (with elevator) apartment buildings with air conditioning and fully furnished rooms. We are located right next to The College of New Jersey campus, and there is easy access to major highways and train stations accessing New York and Center City Philadelphia.

Interns are assigned one per bedroom. Campus Town Leasing Office will assign some or all remaining bedrooms in the apartment to other interns. Roommate Requests can be made during the application process. Campus Town will make every effort to honor any mutual roommate requests, but it is not guaranteed.

Apartments include one, two, and four private bedrooms. One double bed per bedroom with either a private or semi-private full bath with vanity sinks. A furnished living and dining area with full kitchen (no cookware, dishes, and utensils)

Internet: Wireless Internet is FREE to all guests

Cable TV: Access is FREE, but BYOTV and coaxial cable (TV must be equipped with QAM digital tuner and coax cable input) along with any other electronics. 

Bed: All our beds are Full-Size. Interns must provide their own bed linen, blanket, pillows, and towels. 

Kitchen Supplies: Interns must provide their own utensils, pots and pans, dishes, paper goods, etc.

Accountability: Each intern is jointly and severely responsible for the condition of their apartment. Damage costs will be assessed accordingly.
